To help you work up an appetite, from early morning the Waterfront Garden Bar area will host a series of free fitness classes, such as mums and bubs yoga, bootcamp, and strength and conditioning sessions.

Program

7:30am – 8:15am: Yoga for the Athlete

Increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle stretches, postures and poses.

9:30am – 10:15am (Monday): Stretch and Rejuvenate

This class is great for those of us that are less flexible than we used to be or recovering from injury. Offering deep relaxation with a gentle sequence of poses that helps you stretch and feel calm and balanced.

9:30am – 10:15am (Tuesday/Wednesday): Mums and Bubs

The perfect opportunity to spend time outdoors with your little one, gentle poses to help regain some core strength.

12:00pm – 12:30pm: Train like an Athlete

The lunch express sweat session is a 20-minute PT class to put you through your paces.
