Start planning, Queensland: the full MAROON FESTIVAL daily schedule and maps are now live! Kicking off on Sunday 28 May, the timetable for our four-day festival is now locked in.
Fan Day Highlights
The Queenslander Stage will boast a jam-packed program of entertainment, including interviews and panel discussions with Origin superstars and Queensland sporting royalty.
This line-up will culminate in the arrival of the XXXX Queensland Maroons team, fresh from the River Parade along the banks of the Brisbane River, and a LIVE and FREE performance from Fan Day headliners BUSBY MAROU.
At the Health & Wellness Green, from 10am – 5pm you’ll find healthy cooking demos and activities for the kids (did someone say Peppa Pig?!).
At the Fit + Fun Zone, get moving with activities including ping pong with stars from The Bachelor and The Block; a Longest Drive PGA challenge; and cricket, netball, football and basketball physical challenges with the pros.
Game Day Highlights
from 4pm on the Queenslander Stage; with family friendly footy fun hosted by Kimberley Busteed, Former Origin Great Steve Renouf and Jillaroo Chelsea Baker.
Then settle in for our huge live broadcast of Game I at the biggest-ever Holden State of Origin Live Site. It’s the ideal family-friendly setting where you can bring a picnic blanket, settle in and soak up the legendary Origin atmosphere for FREE.
Each day of the festival, Maroons fans can #jointhemovement as they take part in our Festival Fitness Program.
You can also collect 16 Origin greats in the Legends Walk – an exciting new augmented reality treasure hunt for fans of all ages.
Maroons jerseys are a must when you visit The Locker Room – a life-sized replica of the players’ dressing room at Suncorp Stadium.
And each day at knock-off time, festival-goers can head to the Waterfront Garden Bar and dine out on delicious Queensland produce at the Tastes of QLD FoodStalls.
See you there and GO QUEENSLAND!
